This 30-year marketing, communications and public relations veteran has never accepted answers at face value. Jim pushes himself and the agency to constantly dig deeper, to determine the right answers and to deliver the best possible marketing solutions and results.
Jim began his career as an account executive with Burson–Marsteller/Chicago and later was manager of Burson–Marsteller/Cleveland. He was also vice president, manager of public relations with Griswold, Inc. Jim is a 1980 graduate of Cleveland State University (B.A., Mass Communications and Journalism).

Jennifer began her career with Edelman Public Relations in Chicago promoting Butterball Turkey. She joined Sweeney in 2002 and opened the agency’s Wilmington, NC office in 2004.
